1. Foot bath
Before you put the feet into a bath, remove nail polish, file the nails and cut the cuticles. Then, pour warm water to a plastic basin, add oil, salt or herbal extracts. The bath shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes. Due to used ingredients, we distinguish the following types of foot baths:

2. Foot peel
In order to remove thick skin from feet, prepare either salt or sugar peel. Mix one of the abrasive agents with yoghurt, a few drops of essential oil, honey or spicy seasoning. Combine the ingredients thoroughly and rub into your feet. Thanks to foot peel, your skin will be smooth, softened and ready for further treatments. The residues of your DIY foot peel has to be rinsed off. Then, follow with a moisturising cream and put on cotton socks.

Use warm water with a lemon, linseed or milk. The first product is supposed to highlight skin and nail discolourations, the other two are expected to provide hands with moisturisation and protection from dehydration.
